I enjoyed the comfortable bed during my stay. The room had plenty of space, and the large TV made relaxing easy. I appreciated the microwave and fridge, which came in handy for snacks and leftovers. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find meals. However, I did notice some areas needing improvement. The carpets in the hallways looked worn and dirty. There was a strange garbage smell in one of the entrances that housekeeping tried to address but only improved slightly. Breakfast options were limited, with no bread or bagels available. The eggs were gritty, and coffee refill seemed neglected. While the staff was friendly and responsive to concerns, it would be nice to see a more thorough cleaning in certain areas.

The king room was spacious enough for our family with children. The waffle station was a hit with my granddaughters, offering fresh fruit toppings.

Shower cleanliness left much to be desired, with dried shampoo and scattered hair visible. The toilet had issues with flushing. it required multiple attempts to clear it. There was an unpleasant smell when entering the room, while the bed felt sunken and uncomfortable, possibly due to wear. To add to the discomfort, the couch appeared quite worn and not clean, making it an uninviting place to relax.

The room was clean, and that was a huge relief, sink and shower worked well, I mean it’s really basic stuff but after my last experience? Also, the breakfast guy was helpful, offered to refill things even when it was late, they need more people like him.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly, it’s still acceptable for what it is.

But the bathroom was so tiny, I felt like a contortionist! If only I could've found an elevator, my legs would thank me.
